Returns and Refund Policy

Have you placed an order but want to cancel your purchase? Maybe you made a mistake or for some other reason? You have at least 14 days from receipt to cancel the order and at least 14 days to return the product.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and—if reasonably possible—in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this reduction in the value of the product to you.

Packing your return

Have you decided to return your order? Please use a sturdy box, preferably the original one, to minimize the risk of damage. If you no longer have the original box, you may use other packaging as long as the product is well protected. It is important to pack your return carefully and seal it properly with tape.

Note: Always include the original packing slip or return notification (email) with the package. Without it, we cannot process your return!

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

I want to cancel my order. Is that possible?

You can cancel an order if it has not yet been sent to our warehouse for picking and packing. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. If the item has left our warehouse, please wait until it arrives before organizing a return. Please note that shipping costs will no longer be reimbursed once the order has left our warehouse. You must pay for return shipping, and there are no restocking costs.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
