Each rod features an I-beam design that optimizes weight and strength, enhancing engine efficiency and reliability. With a connecting rod length from center to center of 5.400 inches, these rods are engineered for precision and performance.
The rods come equipped with floating wrist pins and cap screws for secure cap retention. The pin end bore diameter is 0.927 inches, complemented by a rod journal diameter of 2.123 inches and a big end bore diameter of 2.2394 inches.
Designed as a set of 8, weight-matched for optimal engine balance, these connecting rods ensure consistent and smooth power delivery.
Featuring ARP 8740 chromoly steel bolts with a 3/8 inch diameter and a tough 180,000 psi tensile strength, these rods are built to withstand extreme stresses.
Please note that custom pistons are required when using connecting rods with any length other than the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications. These rods, however, are not clearanced for stroker setups.
