Yes, we deliver in Europe. In fact, we are based in the Netherlands and therefore deliver within the European Union without import duties or unexpected costs.
No! You don't have to pay any import duties or taxes after the delivery.
No, we don't have our own stock. We've got a very wide range with more then 600.000 products.
We handle all import duties and taxes, after which it arrives at our warehouse. We then check the goods and send them to you as a customer.
Due to the express deliveries from our suppliers, we can still deliver such a wide range relatively quickly within Europe!
In principle, we maintain a delivery time of 10-12 days. Because we remain dependent on carriers.
If all carriers adhere to the agreements, we will always deliver within 12 days. Orders to the Netherlands or nearby countries may even arrive faster.
At the moment we mainly use DPD.
It is possible to return within 14 days after you have received the product.
We recommend that you check carefully (or possibly ask) whether a part fits before you order.
Because we have to import the products from America, we pay a lot of shipping and import costs. That is why we want to avoid unnecessary returns as much as possible. In this way we can keep the prices competitive.
Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after placement. After that, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel the order, because we have already started the processing process.
